The Oxymatic conserver from Chad provides every-breath or alternate-breath delivery with its built-in regulator.  Its 1-6 lpm flow equivalency settings service a broad range of patients with varying breathing patterns.  The highly sensitive triggering mechanism delivers a fixed, consistent pulse of oxygen within the first 200 milliseconds of inspiration, significantly lowering the risk of desaturation when the patient is active.  The Oxymatic also saves you money by extending the life of an M6 cylinder to about 6.8 hours at the 2 lpm setting.  Most importantly, the device is easy to use.  The single selector knob controls ON/OFF and liter flow, and the simple bypass switch toggles between conservation and continuous flow modes.  This device features a 2 Year Limited Warranty.
